ヤングケアラー資料 家族ケアを行なう子ども（ヤングケアラー）の定義 ヤングケアラーとは，家族メンバーのケアや援助，サポートを行なっている（あるいは行なうことになっている）18歳未満の子ども．こうした子どもたちは，恒常的に，相当量のケアや重要なケアに携わり，普通は大人がするとされているようなレベルの責任を引き受けている． ケアの受け手は親であることが多いが，時にはきょうだいや祖父母や親戚であることもある．そのようなケアの受け手は，障害や慢性の病気，精神的問題，ケアやサポートや監督が必要になる他の状況などを抱えている． Young carers are children and young persons under 18 who provide, or intend to provide, care, assistance or support to another family member. They carry out, often on a regular basis, significant or substantial caring tasks and assume a level of responsibility which would usually be associated with an adult.
